Which servers does NTE use?
The official launch FAQ lists four servers:
- Asia
- America
- Europe
- SEA
The official guidance recommends choosing the server closest to your region for a stable and responsive experience. For a player in the USA America is the natural starting choice. Friends or another specific reason may make a different region necessary.
Server progress is independent
The official FAQ states that each server is independent. Progress is not shared between them. A character or account state created on America will not automatically appear when you load Europe.
Before troubleshooting a “missing” account check the selected server first. Reinstalling the client does not move progress between independent servers.
How cross platform progression works
The official FAQ says progress carries across Windows PC Mac PlayStation 5 iOS and Android when you sign in with the same PWG Account. This is cross platform progression. It does not mean that separate server data will merge.
If you move between PC and another supported platform record the server and use the same account identity on both devices.
Login providers can create separate accounts
NTE supports PWG Account login on every platform with additional provider options depending on the platform. The official FAQ lists Facebook Google or email for Windows PC and warns that accounts created with different third party logins are kept separate.
If progress is absent verify:
- The selected server.
- The PWG Account or provider used.
- Whether the platform is showing the intended account.
- Whether the client is fully updated.

Choose America when it is the closest server for your location and friend group. If friends are on another region decide whether shared play or lower latency matters more before creating the account. Do not switch servers and expect progress to follow automatically.
