RAID: Shadow Legends PC Requirements and Official Install Options
RAID: Shadow Legends supports PC play, but the safest installation path depends on whether you are starting a new profile or moving an existing account. This guide covers the official Windows requirements and the account-linking step that matters before you install on a new computer.
Official Windows requirements
Plarium’s current support table lists Windows 10 version 21H1, build 19043, or newer, and Windows 11 version 21H2, build 22000, or newer. The listed PC requirements include an x86 or x64 CPU with SSE2 support, or Arm64, a DirectX 11-or-newer or Vulkan-capable GPU, and 8 GB of RAM. The official page should remain the reference point if your Windows version changes.
The requirements page does not provide a universal storage figure in the table. Keep enough free space for the launcher, game files, updates, and temporary files rather than treating an unverified number as a requirement.
Which PC installation path should you use?
Plarium Play is the official desktop launcher route described by Plarium’s support documentation. RAID is also available through Steam. These are not interchangeable account shortcuts: a player moving progress from mobile or another PC should connect the game profile to a Plarium ID before opening the game on the new platform.
Protect existing progress before installing
If you already play on mobile, sign in with the same Plarium ID on the PC client. Plarium warns that launching on PC without connecting the existing account can create a new RAID profile. That makes account linking a prerequisite, not an optional setup detail.
For Steam, Plarium’s support instructions say to install Plarium Play, sign in to the existing Plarium ID, link Steam from the Plarium Play settings, and only then download RAID through Steam. Installing through Steam first can result in a new account instead of the profile you intended to use.
A practical compatibility checklist
- Confirm Windows meets the version and RAM requirements listed above.
- Check that the graphics driver supports DirectX 11 or Vulkan.
- Leave storage headroom for updates instead of measuring only the initial download.
- Link the existing account before changing clients or devices.
- Install from Plarium’s official route or the official Steam listing.
